Cancelation Policy

A.W.A (Achieve With Adriel) Unlimited requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24-hours before the appointment, you will be charged on your next visit as follows: your gift certificate or trade agreement will be counted as redeemed: and/or your credit card will be charged for that visit. If a client is late for their appointment, they will receive service with the remaining scheduled, allotted time. If the trainer or therapist is late, the client will receive their full-allotted time. Gift certificates can be transferred to another individual with the consent of both receiver of the gift certificate and A.W.A Unlimited. Lost, stolen or misplaced gift certificates can not be replaced. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash value.
