Hey G-dale
The Matrix trilogy is one of my favorite movies of all time... this music video has inspiring and awesome graphics like the many 3-D computer animated live action of the Matrix movies.
If this doesn’t inspire you, there’s something wrong...

Living a life of purpose...
Greetings Glendale-
I suggest you go and watch this video. It has nothing to do with fitness but I loved it and hope you do too:)
I love my work as a personal trainer. The more I get "busy" the more I want to work.
It's all about serving others. Sometimes it means getting up very, very early in the morning (4am) to train clients. People ask me, "That's so early" and I tell them "It's a privilege and an opportunity to work with and help make people better" It's a talent I feel I was given. I am proud to own this talent. I am wired to be a fitness coach.

All About Working The Transverse Abdominals
Greetings Glendale-
A group of muscles that often gets neglected in stomach exercise routines are the transverse abdominals, the core muscles that lie below the rectus abdominus. Most abdominal exercises target the rectus abdominus and the vertical abdominals, ignoring the transverse abdominals. Even crunches, the staple of most abdominal workouts, do nothing for the transverse abdominals. These muscles are actually the most important to target, however, as they connect to both the lower back muscles and the rectus abdominus and for a girdle for the entire abdomen. Any routine aimed at flattening the stomach should include the transverse abdominals as a focus. Using the following exercises, you can work out your transverse abdominals and really make progress on that flat tummy. As with any workout routine, be sure to consult a professional before beginning and always warm up properly to avoid injury.
Pelvic Tilts
This stomach exercise requires lying on your back on a flat surface, such as the floor or a bench. Use a mat or towel to cushion your spine. Bend your knees so that your feet are flat on the floor. Raise your pelvis (and only your pelvis) off the floor, hold momentarily, and then lower it back down. Repeat for an entire set. Maintaining a controlled movement is crucial to this exercise. This will allow you to use your abdominal muscles, rather than your body's momentum, to do the work on the exercise. Also, be sure to keep your upper body on the floor throughout.
Crunchless Crunch
This first exercise is fairly simple but can also be fairly difficult. Essentially, it involves trying to pull the belly button in towards the spine. This can be tricky, as it involves using muscles which you may not be used to activating. To start, either lie or on your stomach or kneel. You might want to try both ways and see which helps you feel the exercise better. Relax your body as much as possible, then try to use only the lower abdominals to move your belly button toward your spine. Hold for ten seconds. If holding for ten seconds feels easy, hold for a longer period. The goal is to hold the contraction until you either cannot feel it, or you feel other muscles working harder than the transverse abdominus. When you feel this, let the contraction out.
Scissor Kicks
This stomach exercise also requires lying on the floor. Position your hands under your butt, keeping your back pressed against the floor. Slowly raise one leg to a height of about ten inches, then slowly lower it back to the floor. As your lower one leg, raise the other. Repeat this motion for an entire set. Maintaining control throughout is important, not allowing momentum to get the better of you. Your upper body should remain on the floor through the entire move.
There are plenty of other exercises targeting the transverse abdominals, but these three ought to be enough to get you started. Stomach exercises like these are key to any tummy-flattening plan, and they are especially good for pregnant and post-partum women.

Power Questions - Things to ponder before I begin each day....
Greetings Glendale!
I came across a list of questions I'd like to share.
I really do think it's great to end (or start) your day by answering a few questions. But by asking powerful questions and by getting your thoughts down, you clear some of the "junk" you've been holding on and re-enforce some of the great, beautiful things most tend to overlook.
Here are a few questions to ponder about. Use them to get your mind in gear for what fun, happening things are in line for you tomorrow.
What are at least three (3) things that happened to me today I am grateful for.....
What is positive or exciting about my day today?
What is the "one thing" I must get done today?
How can I have fun today and take care of my responsibilities?
How can I contribute to my family and business associates?
What am I willing to do to guarantee that I'll have fun today?
What am I happiest about in my life right now?
What am I proudest of in my life right now?
What am I most committed to in my life right now?
Who do I love in my life right now? Who loves me?
My life's purpose is .........
My current #1 goal is ........ (My #2 goal is ....... My #3 goal is .......)
Today, what actions must 1 take to move me closer to my goal(s)?
Today, I plan to get some physical exercise by ..... (doing what?)......
I will say my Daily Affirmations to provide positive reinforcement for my goals.
What will I do today to provide positive programming for my mind?
Books? Audio CD's/Tapes? Seminars? Other?

The Power of Positive Impact by Adriel Yapana
Greetings Glendale-
Today's talk is on positive influence. My life is so much fun. For one,
because I get to work closely with others who themselves have great energy.
My client, Joseph, (Watch Joe Transform - that same Joseph) and I worked early this morning and as always, he has plenty of questions to ask me, from results he's seeing and feeling and to training and nutrition, which I enjoy answering or finding answers to. He also comes in with a positive attitude.
What a great combination to have between a trainer and a client.
Let me say, it's a super blessing! (So Thank You Joe!)
Surround yourself with people that have a positive impact on your life. Stir up that passion and throw yourself right slam into the middle of it. Holding yourself accountable will help you through the challenging days (such as working out right after work).
When you share your goals with those around you, you indirectly put pressure on yourself to achieve those goals. When you keep your goals to yourself and not tell it to anyone, the tendency for you to give up is much greater as you could always set the same goal again and again and nobody would know of your failure. Just adjust the time you've allowed yourself to reach that goal, and/or adjust the goal itself
Then break down your goal into smaller targets so you can easily hold yourself accountable to complete it. If you find yourself always surpassing the immediate goal in front of you then you should raise your expectations. Once you see what your body can handle you can slightly increase the level of resistance, giving yourself a stretch goal to shoot for. I will write more about goals in the coming posts...
Happy 4th guys!

Adriel

Fat loss Tips - The Ten Keys To Shedding Pounds For Life
Fat loss Tips - The Ten Keys To Shedding Pounds For Life
by Adriel Yapana
“Knowing is not enough; We must Apply.
Willing is not enough; we must Do.”
-Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Do you want to welcome mirrors into your life? Do you want to say good-bye to excess fat?
Do you prefer to get pictures taken from the neck up so you can hide your belly??
Often, gym members come up to me asking for advice because they are struggling with their fitness goals. Today, I’m going to write about how you can get rid of that flab once in for all while feeling great about yourself during the process. Here are 10 keys to help you get into the groove of weight management if you choose to go shape up yourself.
It’s your responsibity. As the world becomes more complicated and chaotic, the only guaranteed outcome is the one you create. No one is going to hand you the body you want. Yes, a support from a group or a personal trainer will all assist you along the way buy you are the only one who truly cares about your fitness. Successful weight losers take responsibity for their future and don’t look to others to determine the next step.
Stop dieting for good! Eat at least three supportive meals a day, plus two to three snacks. This will keep your metabolism elevated while keeping your energy levels high.
GOYA! - Get Off Your Anatomy (you’re a**!). Get moving people! If you want to encourage fat loss, you should exercise at least three times a week, targeting different body part, not just the abs. Concentrate on completing every rep you set out to do in perfect form and don’t lose sight of your purpose wherever you decide to workout.
Focus on the finish line. lf you can’t exercise to get a flatter tummy, sign up for races like a 10K or marathon for competition or charity. Make sure it’s competition that gets your heart rate up and you going. My cousin recently finished at AIDS Cycle which they ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles spread over 6 days. I know she felt fantastic afterwards while losing a few pounds for charity.
Create a reward for yourself when you stick to your eating and exercise plan.
Here' are some samples rewards:
A day at a spa
A day beach
A new outfit
Romantic dinner for two
Tickets to a concert or play
A new piece of sports equipment, such as a new bike or a badminton set
So pick up something you really would love to give yourself.. And tell your spouse or a friend. By getting them in on your reward set out, you get them to help you stay accountable and on track.
Good, old-fashioned visualization. Despite willpower and goodwill from others, you still need to motivate from within. Visualization is a great, long-lasting way to make exercising and healthy choices day in and out.
Visualization will help you to do things less desirable because by seeing yourself in your “minds-eye”. You walk the path beforehand and the mind cannot tell the difference between that and make believe. This is a very powerful habit to ingrain to your lifestyle.
“Stick-To-Itiveness” Successful weight loser have this in common- consistency.
You must learn the importance of sticking with lifestyle changes until they become second
nature.
Seek slow and steady fitness progress. Maintaining a healthier weight means being physically active on a daily basis. For many, this means walking to start. Even 20 minutes a day can be the enough to start change stimulation and then you can build up from there.
Trade time in with silence. Find your inner harmony. By punching the silent treatment, you can relief stress that can help you stay focused on your fitness goal, So turnoff the TV Eat lunch sitting down in a quiet room. Be aware of every bite. Silence symbolizes peace and harmony and allows you to focus inward. You’ll block the blare of the world from penetrating your body, so you can appreciate what‘s around you without feeling bombarded.
Use a tape measure instead of the scale. I often tell new clients to get rid of their scales… they often turn it in to me (which I kindly give to Good Will if we don't end up smashing it first!) Use a tape measure and your mirror for revealing results. They’re a better indicator to a slimmer waist and stronger arms.
As you can see, these 10 keys can be you road to fitness success. Start practicing these and choose to pursue a positive lifestyle and start enjoying the benefits of a healthy body.

See It, Believe It and... Achieve it!
Dear Glendalians-
You've got to follow your dreams!
I was driving to Century City this morning to train a client while listening to my favorite news station, NPR (National Public Radio).
They shared a story of a mobile phone salesman involved with a popular reality show.
Check out the video clip. He's AMAZING!!
What are your fitness goals?
Are there activities you dream about doing but feel you are holding back because of lack of physical state and stamina?
Some of you Glendalians are "diamonds in the rough"... let me help provide guidance to chisel, mold you and raise your energy towards the body of your dreams and the activities you want to do!
I'm here for you.
Live fully alive,

Words to remember...
Hey Glendalian-
Here are a couple of quotes about IMPROVEMENT...
Every man, however obscure, however far removed from the general recognition, is one of a group of men impressible for good, and impressible for evil, and it is in the nature of things that he cannot really improve himself without in some degree improving other men.
Charles Dickens (1812-1870)
Writer
People never improve unless they look to some standard or example higher and better than themselves.
Tryon Edwards (1809-1894)
Editor and theologian
Make it a great day for improvement alright!...
Who loves ya!?

Weight Training - Let’s Get Lifitng!
Hey Glendale-
One pound of body fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. So, to lose one pound o fat, you must burn 3500 calories.
Weight Training attacks your fat stores in a couple of ways. So you’re actually burning calories long after your weight training session is over.
If your goal is to lose weight, then a more frequent routine should be used or if you want to build muscle bulk, you should only exercise each body part once every 3 or 4 days.
This tip is mainly for the ladies; the weights lifted in strength training help to build up your bone density. This will lessen your risk of injury when you start using the strength training equipment. Strength training is most effective when people begin the exercise with about five pounds lighter than they believe they can lift.
Exercise brings psychological benefits as well. Cardio and aerobics have health benefits no doubt, but if you’re really looking for “bang-for-your-fitness-buck”, and you’re short on time, then stick with resistance training with short rest periods.
Remember that your weight loss success and fitness depends on “the synergy” which includes your aerobics exercise, supportive nutrition and concern for the muscle.
Also, the key to success in weight loss is consistency.
So each day, be better… success breeds even more success. Success boosts self-confidence and is self perpetuating.

Building lean muscle - How frequent, how heavy?
Hey Glendale-
You must lift with heavy weights and to add on more weight consistently to progressively build your muscles. HEAVY HEAVY HEAVY. The evidence for hyperplasia is very limited and seems to be limited to those that follow training routines involving very heavy poundages.
Hard gainers MUST train less frequently and use heavy weights. Training a muscle group any sooner puts to much stress on the system of hard gainers when using heavy weights. A weight training set needs to be completed with in ten to twelve seconds, which means heavy weight and low reps.
Yet, you'll lose the feeling of pumps entirely because lifting heavy and resting simply doesn't give your body a chance to get all that blood to the area like a typical pump will do. You can use various techniques to bump up the intensity of any exercise, making it challenging without stacking on super heavy weights and having long rest periods. If you squat with the correct form, heavy weight and sheer intensity, you will see good results in just weeks.
You must know that since squats are performed with heavy weight, so correct form and techniques are critical and cannot be compromised. The desired repetition range for both men and women for just about all exercises is four to six repetitions for your last, heavy sets. The repetition range for optimal muscle fiber stimulation will be between four and six repetitions for just about every heavy set of an exercise you do.
Muscle growth occurs from stimulating the muscle with heavy weight (overload) then allowing the muscle to rest and recover. By attempting to lift heavy without warming up first, you will not be able to use your heaviest weights possible. But don't warm up too much, to the point you're fatiguing the muscles before you get to the heavy sets.
Muscle growth happens by overloading a muscle with heavy weight and then allowing it to rest and recuperate. Very generally speaking, training with a heavy weight and low repetitions in each set will increase strength; training with a medium-to-heavy weight and medium repetitions will increase muscle size; and training with a lighter weight with high repetitions per set will increase endurance.
All I want you to do... is for you to do your very best!

Nutrition - Get In Optimal Health
Making a commitment to a well balanced, supportive diet is the single most important thing that you can do to sustain a healthy body.
One way to accomplish this is to eat a well balanced diet that fuels the body to take on life’s challenges.
The primary way to determine your nutritional needs can be derived from the ratio of your body mass to your fat mass. When people do not eat right, their body cells cannot repair themselves. Nutrients, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals are the life force of the body's immune system, which gives the body the power to fight disease and illness.
When your body is in optimal health, it is better able to repair parts that are damaged from sickness, injury or disease. By taking advantage of modern-day patented pharmaceutical-grade supplements, like Set Point Fitness Bars, so your body can finally regain many of the nutrients that are needed to ensure the best possible physical condition, to repair parts that are damaged and to slow down the aging process. In order to allow your body to properly recover from childbirth, you should give yourself at least two months before attempting to lose weight.
Any sport or activity requires you to provide your body with the correct fuel you need to successfully complete the task at hand. In addition to training your body for the swimming, biking, and running events, you should ensure you are providing it with the correct nutrition for a triathlon. When you exercise, your body is put under higher than normal stress.
However, if your nutritional intake does not increase along with the increase in exercise, the results of your workout will decrease significantly and your body will stop operating at its optimum level. The health issues are due to nature taking advantage of the body not being able to stay full of water. Protein is the chief constituent of muscles and muscles are the structures responsible for making your body move. So get some nutrients in and your body will love you!

Disappear and appear again!!
Hey Glendale-
Are you a big magic show/illusions fan? Do you remember watching this (or hearing about it) back in 1983?
This was my first time seeing a David Copperfield's illusion.
I remember watching this "Statue of Liberty" performace at our old house on Perlita Ave. I told the fam that I reserved the tv so I could watch this amazing event... I soon became a David Copperfield fan and even frequented the Magic Castle in Hollywood thereafter... and, yes, I still love watching magic shows to this day...

Don Juan's philosophy of the warrior
THE WARRIOR SAYINGS OF DON JUAN
I am already given to the power that rules my fate.
And I cling to nothing, so I will have nothing to defend.
I have no thoughts, so I will see.
I fear nothing, so I will remember myself.
Detached and at ease, I will dart past the Eagle to be free.
Warriors have an ulterior purpose for their acts which has
nothing to do with personal gain. The average man acts only if
there is a chance for profit. Warriors act not for profit, but for
the spirit.
For the average man, the world is weird because if he’s not
bored with it, he’s at odds with it. For a warrior, the world is
weird because it is stupendous, awesome, mysterious, unfathomable.
A warrior must assume responsibility for being here, in this
marvelous world, in this marvelous time.
Impeccability begins with a single act that has to be
deliberate, precise and sustained. If that act is repeated long
enough, one acquires a sense of unbending intent which can be
applied to anything else. If that is accomplished the road is
clear. One thing will lead to another until the warrior realizes
his full potential.
Any movement of the assemblage point means a movement away
from an excessive concern with the individual self. Shamans believe
it is the position of the assemblage point which makes modern man a
homicidal egoist, a being totally involved with his self-image.
Having lost hope of ever returning to the source of everything, the
average man seeks solace in his selfishness.
A warrior must cultivate the feeling that he has everything
needed for the extravagant journey that is his life. What counts
for a warrior is being alive. Life in itself is sufficient,
self-explanatory and complete.
Therefore, one may say without being presumptuous that the
experience of experiences is being alive.
A warrior must focus his attention on the link between
himself and his death. Without remorse or sadness or worrying, he
must focus his attention on the fact that he does not have time and
let his acts flow accordingly. He must let each of his acts be his
last battle on earth. Only under those conditions will his acts
have their rightful power. Otherwise they will be, for as long as
he lives, the acts of a fool.
Warriors compress time; this is the sixth principle of the
art of stalking. Even an instant counts. In a battle for your
life, a second is an eternity, an eternity that may decide the
outcome. Warriors aim at succeeding, therefore they compress time.
Warriors don’t waste an instant.
A warrior acknowledges his pain but he doesn’t indulge in it.
The mood of the warrior who enters into the unknown is not one of
sadness; on the contrary, he’s joyful because he feels humbled by
his great fortune, confident that his spirit is impeccable, and
above all, fully aware of his efficiency. A warrior’s joyfulness
comes from having accepted his fate, and from having truthfully
assessed what lies ahead of him.
The basic difference between an ordinary man and a warrior is
that a warrior takes everything as a challenge, while an ordinary
man takes everything as a blessing or as a curse.
The self-confidence of the warrior is not the self-confidence
of the average man. The average man seeks certainty in the eyes of
the onlooker and calls that self-confidence. The warrior seeks
impeccability in his own eyes and calls that humbleness. The
average man is hooked to his fellow men, while the warrior is hooked
only to infinity.
It is much easier for warriors to fare well under conditions of
maximum stress than to be impeccable under normal circumstances.
What seems natural is to think that a warrior who can hold his
own in the face of the unknown can certainly face petty tyrants with
impunity. But that’s not necessarily so. What destroyed the superb
warriors of ancient times was to rely on that assumption. Nothing
can temper the spirit of a warrior as much as the challenge of
dealing with impossible people in positions of power. Only under
those conditions can warriors acquire the sobriety and serenity to
withstand the pressure of the unknowable.
Knowledge comes to a warrior, floating, like specks of gold
dust, the same dust that covers the wings of moths. So for a
warrior, knowledge is like taking a shower, or being rained on b
specks of dark gold dust.
A warrior is a hunter. He calculates everything. That’s
control. Once his calculations are over, he acts. He lets go.
That’s abandon. A warrior is not a leaf at the mercy of the wind.
No one can push him, no one can make him do things against himself
or against his better judgment. A warrior is tuned to survive and
he survives in the best of all possible fashions.
Acts have power. Especially when the warrior acting knows that
those acts are his last battle. There is a strange consuming
happiness in acting with the full knowledge that whatever he is
doing may very well be his last act on earth.
If a warrior is to succeed in anything, the success must come
gently, with a great deal of effort but with no stress or obsession.
Our fellow men are black magicians. And whoever is with them
is a black magician on the spot. Think for a moment, can you
deviate from the path that your fellow men have lined up for you?
And if you remain with them, your thoughts and your actions are
fixed forever in their terms. That is slavery. The warrior, on the
other hand, is free from all that. Freedom is expensive, but the
price is not impossible to pay. So, fear your captors, your
masters. Don’t waste your time and your power fearing freedom.
A warrior is never under siege. To be under siege implies that
one has personal possessions that could be blockaded. A warrior has
nothing in the world except his impeccability, and impeccability
cannot be threatened.
To discard everything that is unnecessary is the second
principle of the art of stalking. A warrior doesn’t complicate
things. He aims at being simple. He applies all the concentration
he has to decide whether or not to enter into battle, for any battle
is a battle for his life. This is the third principle of the art of
stalking. A warrior must be willing and ready to make his last
stand here and now. But not in a helter-skelter way.
The flaw with words is that they always make us feel
enlightened, but when we turn around to face the world they always
fail us and we end up facing the world as we always have, without
enlightenment. For this reason, a warrior seeks to act rather than
to talk, and to this effect, he gets a new description of the
world—a new description where talking is not that important, and
where new acts have new reflections.
Applying these principles brings about three results. The
first is that stalkers learn never to take themselves seriously;
they learn to laugh at themselves. If they are not afraid of being
a fool, they can fool anyone. The second is that stalkers learn to
have endless patience. Stalkers are never in a hurry; they never
fret. And the third is that stalkers learn to have an endless
capacity to improvise.
Only as a warrior can one withstand the path of knowledge. A
warrior cannot complain or regret anything. His life is an endless
challenge, and challenges cannot possibly be good or bad.
Challenges are simple challenges.
The recommendation for warriors is not to have any material
things on which to focus their power, but to focus it on the spirit,
on the true flight into the unknown, not on trivialities.
Everyone who wants to follow the warrior’s path has to rid
himself of the compulsion to possess and hold onto things.
Self-importance is man’s greatest enemy. What weakens him is
feeling offended by the deeds and misdeeds of his fellow men.
Self-importance requires that one spend most of one’s life offended
by something or someone.
The hardest thing in the world is to assume the mood of a
warrior. It is of no use to be sad and complain and feel justified
in doing so, believing that someone is always doing something to us.
Nobody is doing anything to anybody, much less to a warrior.
A warrior takes his lot, whatever it amy be, and accepts it in
ultimate humbleness. He accepts in humbleness what he is, not as
grounds for regret but as a living challenge.
When nothing is for sure we remain alert, perennially on our
toes. It is more exciting not to know which bush the rabbit is
hiding behind than to behave as though we knew everything.
As long as a man feels that he is the most important thing in
the world, he cannot really appreciate the world around him. He is
like a horse with blinders; all he sees is himself, apart from
everything else.
There is no completeness without sadness and longing, for
without them there is no sobriety, no kindness. Wisdom without
kindness and knowledge without sobriety are useless.
Everything that warriors do is done as a consequence of a
movement of their assemblage points, and such movements are ruled by
the amount of energy warriors have at their command.
Power always makes a cubic centimeter of chance available to a
warrior. The warrior’s art is to be perennially fluid in order to
pluck it.
The worst that could happen to us is that we have to die, and
since that is already our unalterable fate, we are free; those who
have lost everything no longer have anything to fear.
What we need to do to allow magic to get hold of us is to
banish doubts from our minds. Once doubts are banished anything is
possible.
A warrior must learn to make every act count, since he is going
to be here in this world for only a short while, in fact, too short
for witnessing all the marvels of it.
Feeling important makes one heavy, clumsy and vain. To be a warrior one needs to be light and fluid.
Dwelling upon the self too much produces a terrible fatigue. A man in that position is deaf and blind to everything else. The fatigue itself makes him cease to see the marvels all around him.
When one has nothing to lose, one becomes courageous. We are timid only when there is something we can still cling to.
For a seer, the truth is that all living beings are struggling to die. What stops death is awareness.
The only freedom warriors have is to behave impeccably. Not only is impeccability freedom; it is the only way to straighten out
the human form.

The
first is that stalkers learn never to take themselves seriously;
they learn to laugh at themselves.

This is an amazing video. The beginning has no sound but just wait
Did you hear about the horses that were trapped for 3 days on a
tiny piece of land in wind and rain in the Netherlands? Apparently it
had the nation mesmerized, watching about 100 horses huddle against
the wind and having to watch 18 of them die. First firemen, then the
Dutch army, tried to rescue them - both unsuccessfully.
So 4 WOMEN on horseback rode out to the rescue. Here's a video of it.
Horay for the women!

And always do your best...
Hey Guys-
Do you want to:
-eat better?
-exercise more?
-lose weight?
-___________ (insert your own)
Actually, you don't really want these things, you want the feelings these things will give you.
What you really want is to feel:
-attractive
-alive
-excited
-successful
-__________ (insert your own)
Have you made a decision and figured out your fitness goals yet?
Okay, Good! Then follow these three simple steps.
1. Write it down (be specific)
2. Have a deadline written in stone. (avoid procrastination)
3. Tell others (put yourself under the gun and get accountable)
While skimming through "The Four Agreements" book the other day. I particularly like the "Always do your best" pointer. Once you decide what you want and feel, do your very best baby!.
Here are all four agreements.
The Four Agreements - By Don Miguel Ruiz
BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD.
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word
to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of
your word in the directions of truth and love.
DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY.
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a
projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune
to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of
needless suffering.
DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS.
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want.
Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid
misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement,
you can completely transform your life.
ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST.
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be
different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any
circumstance, simply do you best, and you will avoid self-judgment,
self-abuse, and regret.
And you know what, you'll have no regrets, if you do your very best!
With YOU in Mind,
Adriel
