Will you be one of the "final 34" to burn fat & build??

Hi All,

Just a quick note to let you know that in less than 12 hours, on
August 31, at noon eastern time, one of the most complete fat
burning and muscle building systems I've ever seen will be taken
off the market.

There are also only 34 copies left, so if you want to join
nearly 1,000 other fitness enthusiasts who have said "YES" and
claimed their copy of "Forbidden Secrets to Igniting Your Fat
Burning Furnace 24/7", I urge you to decide now.

This is the first time 10+ year fitness expert Rob Poulos has
released all the "secrets" that he discovered about fitness over
the past decade.

To your health and fitness,

Adriel Yapana
My Personal Fitness Vlog

p.s. I just checked the "real time" inventory counter and it now
reads only 21 copies left. If you're "on the fence", don't
worry, because Rob will likely release more copies of his proven
fitness course in the future, but it could be 4 months or
longer. To find out how many copies are left, visit this page:

A Moving Violation...

Lots of hard effort...but awfully teribble (back-breaking!) form!!!!

Guys, if you want to wreck your body, here's a super easy (or maybe hard way) to do it.

A side view of some guy doing a deadlift. He seems interested in giving himself a hernia! LOL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FORM!

I plan to inteview more fitness professionals....

Hey Guys-

In the future, I plan to have many written, audio and video interviews with many fitness and wellness professionals.

Since it's Tuesday. I have something here to lighten your day.

It's a serious interview, with serious problems and looks like, with a sad couple.

The issue here is, the guy sounds like he's should be the voice of a cartoon mouse or something...This is some kind of funny interview LOL!

48 hours left to claim your fat burning "secrets"

Hi All,

This is just a courtesy reminder to let you know that on August
31, at noon eastern time, one of the most complete fat burning
and muscle building systems I've ever seen will be taken off the
market.

It's true.

Over the past 2 weeks, nearly 1,000 fitness enthusiasts like you
have said "YES" and claimed their copy of 10+ year fitness
expert Rob Poulos's "Fat Burning Furnace" system.

Here's a snippet from an email Rob just sent me giving me an
update on his system:

"Adriel,

It seems like I've been working nonstop over the past 2 weeks. I
only have 79 more copies of my system left. Once those are gone,
I'll have my group of 1,000 'charter' fitness students. It's
been very gratifying hearing how already my system is making
positive changes in people's lives. The bottom line is that many
people are excited about the potential to change their health
forever because they finally understand the truth about burning
fat and building muscle."

I've seen some of the comments from Rob's new students. The
outpouring of positive feedback is really nice to see, and I'm
so happy that Rob has already been able to help so many people.
Here's just one of the many comments Rob's received:

"Hey Rob, I am in the process of reading your Fat Burning
Furnace book and wanted to drop you a line and let you know how
happy I am! Believe it or not, I'm already down 10 pounds on
the scale after just 13 days, and that's only from following
your water and diet suggestions. Is that type of fat loss
normal in this short period of time? Wow! I am still reading
through your workout guidelines and I'm getting ready to start
next week on that. I am super excited about following your
program to a 'T'! If the exercise stuff is as easy to follow as
the eating plan, I can't imagine just how awesome the results
will be. Thanks so much for this wonderful book, I am a changed
woman!

-T. Houvener, New Boston, MI"

If you're not satisfied with whatever method or system (or
gimmick) you may be using to burn fat and build lean muscle, I
urge you to spend a few minutes learning about Rob's "Fat
Burning Fitness" system.

But you need to check it out now, because on Thursday, August
31, at noon eastern time, it's all over.

That's when Rob will turn off his web page so he can focus on
helping his "charter" group of 1,000 students. Right now, he's
down to the last 79. Rob even put a "real time" inventory
counter on his web page so you can see if there's still time
left for you to claim YOUR copy of his proven fat burning system
today at:

To your health and fitness,

Adriel Yapana

p.s. Rob told me he's so convinced that you'll love his system,
he's giving you a full mone y back guaranty. Plus, he's letting
you keep all the extra bonuses he's giving away, no matter what.

The Dads Group...

Yeah, it's sounded funny as I walked up to strangers.

You see, I didn't know how the organizer, Tony, looked. So at this train museum entrance...I was asking strangers (mainly guys with kids)

"Are you here for the Dads Group?" LOL!

Anyways, I finally found the group (they were sitting right under our noses!)
The meeting was mainly a meet-and-greet. Lots of positivity and ideas generated for upcoming activities. Met some proud papas here.

It was a clear, beautiful and extra warm day and many of the dads took their kids out to one of many train rides at Griffith. You can ride horses and do other neat stuff.

Special thanks to George P. for coming down to finally meet. Met his son, Brandon, and girlfriend Gladilyn.

The DADS GROUP remains a sincere attempt on my part to get a group of dads together for shared activities, networking, camraderie and mutual support.

An Interview with William Schenkel of Feel Good Massage

Hi All-

Today, I had a chance to interview William Schenkel of Feel Good Massage.
William has a growing massage therapy enterprise serving the Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, La Puente, Baldwin Park, West Covina, Covina, Whittier, Lakewood & Cerritos communities.

AY: Can you tell me who your niche market is?

WS: I cater to all, young or old, men or women. I say it like this, a client is a person, just like we all are, but when we take the time to know who they are, then they become more than just a client, they become a friend. I know some people may say that this is an unprofessional practice, but I am a people person, and I feel it makes me a better massage therapist because of it.

AY: Do you specialize in anything… any particular massage skills?

WS:
I typically do Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Pregnancy massage, but I dosometimes add Reflexology and Trigger Point Therapy into my massage sequences.

AY: What should someone look for in a massage therapist?

WS: I'd look for someone who has had a good amount of education, in my opinion somewhere between 300-1000hrs is a good amount.

AY: Why?

WS: I feel the more education you have, the more a massage therapist will have to offer.

AY: Can you explain the benefits of your massage methods?

WS: I can't really explain it. It's more like a spiritual experience because before I start I close my eyes to connect with the energy of my client, then I start. I guess you could say that I "take into myself" their stress, or whatever was bothering them, then they are better as a result. After I am done, I pray and meditate to release whatever negitive energy I picked up.

AY: What makes a good massage client?

WS: Someone who knows what massage is and what it isn't.

AY: What equipment(s) do you use in your massage therapy sessions?

WS: I use my table, my oils, sheets, some music, and my client forms (this is more important because I have a statement in it saying that massage isn't a medical profession, and that if in the session, the client does something inappropiate..i.e...a sexual advance, then the session will be terminated and they are responsible to pay for the session..no matter if it was 10 mins or 45mins..that is why I make sure they read it first.)

AY: What goes through your mind when you're massaging a client?

WS: lol.....what goes through my mind is the voice of my teacher....lol....I hear her voice talking me through the sequence...lol....I miss ya Mrs Landeros

AY: What is your advice for anyone who wants to kickstart a healthier lifestyle?

WS: Diet, Exercise, water, water, water.

AY: Thank you for your time William. I want the readers to know that they can stay at home or at their office. William travels to you so when he arrives, just be ready to "lose yourself" with his therapeutic touch. Once again, best wishes on your prospering business. For those who want to contact William, his email is: feelgoodmassagetherapy@yahoo.com

A day rolls along by...

But not without gratitude.

I take time at the end each day and list down three people who I am grateful for.

They can be ANYONE and about ANYTHING.

I am grateful for Petra, my Starbucks gal. She makes me the best Misto at 5am.

I am grateful for Josh Hillis, a great guy who responses to my messages promptly.

I am grateful for Jim, a "portable guy" (Okay, he's "pushes a cart around all day long kinda guy.") I call them portable people. Why? They can travel just about anywhere, anytime, anyplace without drama. He makes his rounds near my gym on Wednesdays. He never forgets to smile and say hello.

Make it a great day, it doesn't happen by itself,

The next 879 people can ignite their fat burning furnace

Hi All,

It's time...

Over the past 3 weeks, over 13,000 hungry fitness enthusiasts
have swarmed to a website trying to get a peek inside at 10
year fitness expert Rob Poulos's brand new step-by-step fitness
system.

He calls it, "Forbidden Secrets to Igniting Your Fat Burning
Furnace 24/7".

If you're still trying to burn fat and build muscle, or if
you're still searching for a realistic fitness system that
doesn't require you to count calories and spend all week in the
gym, then you're in for a big surprise.

That's because Rob's system is all about REALITY and WHAT WORKS.
Rob's students have learned how to ignite their fat burning
furnace to achieve their maximum genetic potential. In other
words, they've learned to get the best body they possibly can,
and in the least amount of time and effort.

That might sound like a gutsy statement to make, but Rob has
personally spent over $23,000 in the last 10 years seeking the
truth about fitness. He's experimented relentlessly on himself
and his willing early students.

After the dust settled, he collected the absolute best
techniques and concepts that he labored to discover over all
those years. Then he created what many people now consider to be
one of the most effective and easiest to follow fitness systems
ever developed.

And now he wants to let in a select group of 1,000 "charter"
students to mentor and teach his brand new method to.

Will you be one of them?

Here's a word of caution, though... you won't see any pretty
models or ridiculous claims on his website. That's because Rob
teaches REALITY. So if you're looking for another fitness
gimmick, you WILL be disappointed.

However, if you're ready to discover the fitness "truths" and
"secrets" that many top fitness professionals don't want you to
know, then you're ready for Rob's "Fat Burning Furnace" fitness
system.

Rob prepared a long letter for you that answers all the
questions he's been getting from the 13,000 visitors to his
website in the past few weeks. You can learn more here:

I hope you enjoy learning about Rob's Fat Burning Fitness
system as much as I have.

To your health and fitness,

Adriel Yapana

P.S. Rob swung open the doors on his offer yesterday, and so far
dozens of fitness enthusiasts have already claimed their copy. I
urge you to not wait until the last minute to get yours, because
Rob WILL sell out. He's only taking on 879 more students. And he
also set a deadline of August 31. Visit his web page to learn
why. I think you'll be very pleased (especially if you're one of
his students):

I'm Working On It...

Hi All-

I read this great article from my friend Wesley Goo and wanted to share it with all of you. It's titled "I'm Working On It". I want you all to jot down how many times you say to someone or yourself "i'm working on it" in your day-to-day life...

"I'm Working On It"

I'm in a profession that involves me asking people why they haven't accomplished the things they've wanted in both their personal and professional lives. If you think about your own life, aren't you also confronted by a list of things you want to do or be and the cold, hard fact that - no matter what the reason - you're not that person yet nor do you have "those things?"

When I ask a group of people why they don't have those things, they usually give me a list of reasons: Not enough money, no time, too busy, feeling lazy, procrastinate, lack of knowledge, fear, etc. All of those things are what people believe about why they've not yet been able to accomplish what they want. It's a belief. But then again, what is "no money?" How much time is enough time? If I gave you $5 million dollars to work out everyday for three weeks straight, would you still feel lazy? Or would you push through whatever tiredness you feel to do it? Of course, the most dangerous one appears to be procrastination. For, with that, we deceive ourselves. We'll get to it tomorrow. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. And more often than not, tomorrow never comes.

But actually, there is one excuse that, in my opinion, is worst of all. It's when we say "I'm working on it." But why that? "If I'm working on it, isn't that a good thing?" Of course! But for 99f people, "I'm working on it" is really procrastination in sheep's clothing.

It looks like this:

I don't like my financial situation and money is scarce ... but I'm working on it.
I don't like my physical body ... and eating right and working out is tough ... I'm working on it.

It's a drug, we drug ourselves with to quench the pain of facing the fact that we're NOT working on it.

How many times have we said "I'm working on it" only to buy ourselves another few moments, a few days, weeks, months and sometimes years of NOT doing it?

It's like an emotional credit card. We "swipe" it to buy ourselves more time to feel better about where we're at. The problem is, we'll have to pay that bill later. How do we pay, you may ask? With months and years NOT accomplishing what we want; not living the life of our dreams. We talk, talk, talk, talk ... and we never do. And if we "do," it's so miniscule that - at that rate - we'll still be working on it 50 years from now.

I don't know about you but I'm sick of buying myself more time that I don't have. If we don't do it now, when will we do it?

You know when most people go for marriage counseling? When it's too late. You've heard of the person that goes to the doctor and the doctor says, "Look, unless you lose weight, get in shape, stop smoking, drinking, partying ... you're going to die." What normally has to happen before that person makes the change??? They get sick or have a heart attack.

My question for you ... for me ... is how sick do you need to get before you do something?

Do you want more years to go by with no money?
Higher debt?
A few pounds heavier?
More wrinkles?
Suffering relationships?
Spiritually empty?

When will you reach the point when you say "enough is enough" and DECIDE to do something about it?

When would NOW be a good time?

A good hike to Matisyahu....

Hey Gang-

I was at Matisyahu's concert at the Greek Theater yesterday and had a BLAST!

Instead of parking by the theater. I parked down the hill on Hillhurst and Los Feliz and "hiked" up to the Greek...about a 1.5 mile walk. I had a decent sweat at the top but got me warmed up for the concert. I had a relaxing cool-down on my way back down.

So, if you can walk, walk to places as much as possible. Why? It's really up to you. Save the environment?, Save gas?, Burn extra calories? Or just slow down and smell the roses? How about - Just because YOU CAN!

If you do enjoy taking walks especially in a nice area, take a digital camera with you and take pictures of pretty or amusing things...

For those who don't know about Matisyahu, he's a Hassidic Reggae musician from Brooklyn.

I've included a couple of video clips below.

Matisyahu - King without a crown

This interview below was back in 2003 on CNN, Matisyahu's first appearance:

Calories really do pile up more easily than you might think.

Oh, BTW...

On Good Morning America yesterday, they had a segment on
HOW MANY CALORIES IN FAST-FOOD FAVORITES? This is where a variety of people were asked to "guess the amount of calories" including a panel of registered dietians and boy, even the nutrition experts were off by 17% with their guesstimates!

Here's one sample question:

QUESTION:
How many calories and grams of fat are in Popeye's spicy three-piece chicken meal with red beans and rice, coleslaw, and a biscuit?

Answer: The answer is found below on this post.

Before you watch my video clip, I should warn you:

ANSWER: 105 grams of fat and 1,610 calories!

Are you an impulse, internet surfer? If so, read on...

Hey Guys-

Look, we all get stuck on the computer tube every once in a while. You get sucked in by the latest news feed or social networking site and then, "WHOA! What Happened!" There goes an hour of your time...

The 2006 Tour de France Winner is...

Personally, Floyd Landis remains the true Tour de France winner...officially, that outcome may change.

Let me tell you why I believe in Floyd.

The human body is an amazing, magnificient "machine" and can produce it's own mix of very powerful chemical cocktails and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTANCE that exists that could make a guy do what he did on the 17th stage! He was the strongest, toughest guy in that race bar none!

Now, it's all up to the International Cycling Union and based on his attorney's, this ordeal could take months to finalize.

I believe in you Floyd Landis. Keep fighting!

Adriel Yapana

PS: Watch out for Floyd in the media as he proves his innocent and kicks (UCI - International Cycling Union) right back in the groin LOL!

Floyd will be on the following TV programs this week speaking about his case.
